THREE COLUMNS. YOU’RE OFF.

Your first round
starts here.

A simple, ready-to-fill spreadsheet with the instructions at the top. Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, add your customers and upload it to your map.

All you need to fill in

Customer nameThe name you recognise. For example, John Smith.
PostcodeA full UK postcode, or just an area like HP9. Area pins show an approximate centre.
Next service monthPick September, October or any month from the dropdown.

A little more detail? Entirely optional.

There’s room for an address, Notes 2026 and Notes 2027. Leave them blank if you don’t need them. Notes can be as simple as “Worcester 4000. Annual service. Allow 60 minutes” or “Strip-down next year — check gasket kit”.

Yearly notes are notes, not a service schedule. A note under 2027 does not create a second booking or move the customer into that year’s filter.

More detailed planning, when you need it

The template includes Completed year for work already done (for example, 2026), and Next due year for the next visit (for example, 2027). You can leave the exact Completed date blank if you only know the year. Add Fuel type to filter gas, oil or other work, and the advanced Service engineer column if you have a team. You can also add Booking time (minutes) for estimated work totals. Match these under “More options” when uploading. Neither is required. “Next year” is resolved on upload, so a fixed year is clearer for records you keep.

Already have a spreadsheet?

Keep it. Match the name, postcode and service-month columns when you upload. Every extra column and note remains available in the customer details. We don’t alter your original file.

Your imported customers are saved after you review them. You can also add and edit customers directly in My list. Export a backup at any time. Return using the same browser during this beta. Export a backup before changing devices or clearing browser data.
